Next to offering bioinformatics services and customization of your tools and analyses, we have great experience in the development and use of a large number of bioinformatics tools applicable in a wide range of fields such as general bioinformatics, systems biology, genetics, genomics, etc. The tools we develop are generic and organism independent.
We offer possibilities for performing data analysis with different tools and the development of custom extensions for these tools. Examples are gene regulatory network inference tools, Cytoscape plugins, sequence alignment tools and several others. Most tools are also available for integration in automated workflows. Within this framework, we also develop automated workflows on a customers basis for any (open-source) bioinformatics tools and the specific extension of existing workflows.
